TARKARÍ DE CHIVO, is the name of a restaurant in downtown Caracas that has lost its glorious days.
The family that manages it is struggling to survive amid a city in which uproar threatens to wipe out businesses. As a tropical storm approaches the city, a chain of unusual events happens in the overwhelmed kitchen of this restaurant whilst the main room is plenty of diners.
A fat hungry man with a suitcase full of Dollars, a fake terrorist, a TV star in decline, and a young Youtuber girl accompanied by a peculiar camera operator collide with the strange family that runs the restaurant in a rainy Friday night as a bunch of breakneck situations occurs among involuntary crimes and nonsensical blackmails.
