The Chennai International Film Festival (CIFF) is supported by a dedicated team that
works year-round to curate and organize the event. The core team consists of around
thirty professionals, complemented by a selection committee responsible for reviewing
and choosing films. As the festival approaches, the team expands to over 700 members,
with approximately 300 additional staff contributing to the smooth operation of the
festival and its associated events.
