Media Delegate Registration

I. Who can register as a Media Delegate?
• Print/ Electronic Media Persons working with Newspapers, Journals, Magazines, TV, Radio, Photographers/Videographers working in Print and Electronic Media.
• Digital Media Persons with active presence on Websites and Social Media.
• Can produce their official ID Card issued by their organization.

Social media platforms:
Social Media presence must demonstrate a consistent focus on film/ art/ lifestyle/ culture related content in the last two years.
• Followers
  Tamil-language platforms: 30,000 subscribers/followers.
  English-language platforms: 30,000 subscribers/followers.
  Other Regional Languages: 10,000 subscribers/followers.

II. Accreditation Categories
a) Correspondent
b) Photographer/Camera Person
• One of the camera person will be allowed to carry Heavy Camera Equipment with official ID Card.
• Will be allowed to cover Red Carpet at Festival Venue, Opening and Closing Ceremony Red Carpet and screening venues for specified events subject to location
c) Digital Content Creator
• Will be allowed to carry hand-held devices (e.g. gimbal) for festival
• Heavy Camera Equipment not permitted.
• Special Access to Red Carpet at Festival Venue, Opening and Closing Ceremony.
• Prior consent of festival guests may be sought for videography via hand-held devices.
• Can cover the event without disturbing the media.

Note: Dual accreditation is not permitted. One media delegate may register under only one media category. Choose the primary media category you will represent.

REGISTRATION FEE
Waived off – Will be approved by Festival Management after verification.
